The design, construction and acceptance test procedures of soil hardening technology use TS additive shall be conducted in accordance with the following documents:
- The norm of works construction estimate promulgated together with the Construction Ministry’s Circular No. 10/2019/TT-BXD dated December 26, 2019.
- The process of using reinforced soil with inorganic binder in road construction 22/TCN/81-84 issued by the Ministry of Transport together with Decision No. 2917/QD-KT4 dated 21/12/1984.
- National standard of TCVN 10379: 2014 (Reinforcement of soil with inorganic adhesives, chemicals or synthetic reinforcement, used in road construction and acceptance.).
- Decision No. 1588/QD-BGTVT dated 23/05/2016 (Technical regulations for design, construction and acceptance of the cold reclamation layer on site with cement or cement and asphalt emulsion in the road fabric).

Typical road structure:
Pavement.
- Usually 5 cm thick.
- Asphal concrete, medium grain plastic.
- Modyn elastic road surface Eth> 160 Mpa.
Classification of hardening by TS additive.
- Usually 20 cm thick.
- The substrate material reinforced with TS additive + Cement.
Natural soil layer.
- Natural ground.
- Modyn Elastic Ground Naturals Etn> 55 Mpa.
- The natural land of K luong with K = 95.

Construction equipment:
The reinforcement of local material recycling with cement additives with TS additives must be done by specialized means (material milling machine) such as Sakai material recycling.
In addition, there must be enough other synchronous construction equipment such as: sheep pulleys, iron wheel vibrators, tire wheelers, scraper, stone spreaders, watering machines, water pumps.

Repairing, upgrading roads:
For existing roads, the process of plucking, upgrading and repairing is carried out continuously according to the process and synchronous implementation of each 300m of road.
